issues. Alpha-Omega Body Imaging establishes a healthy, positive
attitude to food, exercise and your body.
The first session focuses on your current eating and exercise habits. We
take a full assessment of unconscious associations, triggers, and
reactions to food and cravings. You will begin a foods/emotional
relationship journal and return in a week to ten days.
The second session clears emotional eating habits and reframes them with
a new and positive reinforcement.
The third session reassesses your process, clears any residual issues
and again reinforces positive habits.
