With induced
hypnosis the brain slows down and relaxes. You experience this state
often, when relaxing, listening to music, deep breathing, and focusing
during concentration. We often call it ‘being in the zone.’
How do I get into this state?
• At the beginning of a session we take you into full body relaxation.
• We use several relaxing techniques in order to assist you into this
deeper mind state.
What happens when I am in the deeper state?
• Here you can visualize and imagine what you wish to create.
• You will be able to hear what we are saying and be able to take in the
affirmations
and suggestions we have decided upon together that you will be
hearing.
Will I do or say anything I do not want to?
• Absolutely not. You are always in control of your own mind.
• You cannot be made to do or say anything that is offensive to you in
any way.
What is the benefit of being in this state?
• From this place you can take in positive affirmations more easily.
• You will have access to your deeper or higher consciousness.
This helps you find your own answers.
Can I come out of this trance state?
• Yes, you will come out of it totally. Just as you awaken everyday.
• You will be refreshed and relaxed after the session.
